Job Purpose As we expand our international operations, we’re looking for a strategic, bilingual Deputy Director / Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO’s right hand—bringing clarity, structure, and execution to our growing team. This role is built for a process-driven leader who thrives on solving problems, creating systems, and making things work better. We’re looking for someone with strong independent judgment, who doesn’t wait for direction but instead identifies gaps, proposes solutions, and gets things moving. This person will play a critical role in turning vision into action—helping the CEO stay focused while ensuring the rest of the organization is running efficiently and effectively. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education · Bachelor’s degree required (Project Management, business, or related field preferred) · Strong written and verbal communication skills — bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. Experience · 2–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, executive support, and administration. · Minimum 2 years of experience working with U.S.-based companies in the healthcare industry KEY RESPONSABILITIES · Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, transforming vision into actionable plans with clear timelines and deliverables · Lead cross-functional coordination across departments including HR, finance, marketing, and programs · Design and implement scalable workflows and accountability systems across the organization · Oversee key internal operations and ensure teams are aligned with deadlines and performance goals · Manage special projects including pilots, grants, and new initiatives, ensuring milestones are met · Coordinate and prepare board reports, partner updates, and executive briefings · Track KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement · Provide support in recruiting efforts and onboarding of key hires as we grow · Lead and facilitate weekly operational check-ins and monthly reviews with department heads · Be a culture champion—fostering transparency, learning, and team alignment QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: Project Management, business, operations, or related) · Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory – exceptional communication skills in both languages · Minimum 2 years of experience working with U.S.-based companies in the healthcare industry · Proven experience supporting executive leaders and managing internal operations · Strong leadership skills and ability to guide and supervise cross-departmental teams · Experience in creating and improving internal workflows and systems · High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in dynamic environments · Culturally competent with experience in remote-first and international teams · Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow with the organization COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Compensation: $2,800 USD Monthly Remote-first work environment Leadership development and mentorship directly from the executive team Opportunity to grow into a higher-level strategic role as the organization scales Why Join Us?
