The main scope of the role is to act as a central point of contact for these executives. The role is responsible for organizing and scheduling travel, creating expense reports, leading projects assigned to you, and managing complex calendars. You will also organize internal and external meetings by generating invitations and coordinating complex calendars in addition to reserving meeting rooms and transportation, organizing catering, and handling audio/video needs.The ideal candidate will be able to proactively identify and solve issues related to administrative support and should be comfortable operating autonomously.The Candidate:Required skills/qualifications:Fluency in written and spoken English at C1 level or aboveAt least 5+ years of professional administrative support experience, with a focus on supporting C-level executivesExperience in working successfully in a remote-based (home/telework) environmentAble to work in office as needed for in-person meetings and other office-based responsibilitiesPossess transparency in communications and the ability to demonstrate discretion in handling highly confidential informationExperience coordinating cost-effective travel, expenses, and meeting arrangements with internal and external partnersDemonstrates strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to successfully manage competing prioritiesProactive with a strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteThe Office:We have an office located in Bogota, Colombia as a hub for the LAC market.Benefits in prepaid medicine, dental plan, and life insuranceFood, internet and wellness allowances provided for employeesRegular events like bring your dog to work day and ping-pong, foosball, and Mario Kart tournamentsDaily budget to spend on beverage vending machinesLocated in Capital Towers center in the financial districtMultiple private spaces for virtual and face-to-face meetingsEasy access to public transportation close to two important avenues, Carrera 7 and Calle 100Excellent and secure area to eat lunch, have a walk, or dinner after office hoursFree parking for employees and paid parking for visitorsThis job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
