We are searching the best talent for Incentives & Commissions Coordinator LAN to be in Bogota. **Purpose**: Lead the LAN (Col, PE y Ec) Incentives and Commission area, in charge of designing, implementing, calculating, documenting, and managing the end-to-end sales I+C plan: from generating the annual incentive compensation plan structure to analyzing the impact of sales program incentives and orchestrating the monthly commissions calculations. **Essential Duties and responsabilities**: - Manage the I+C process end to end, clearly delimiting different areas roles, and responsibilities throughout the process, establishing and communicating the year calendar, and continuously identifying areas of improvement to guarantee a fluid, timely and effective process flow. - To successfully achieve the activities described above, The I+C coordinator should work in close partnership with HR, Finance and Commercial teams to maintain continuity of the process. - Lead the monthly commission cycle, while ensuring both accuracy and timely completion of the calculation (including finance monthly provision), inducing zero error culture trough efficiency indicators - Guarantee the I+C process and calculation is compliance with global, regional and/or local policies and maintaining an “audit ready” status. - Document and update (when required) the I+C SOP and policies and addendums. - Lead the LAN Incentives and Commission Council with senior executives to go over incentives performance vs. business results, evaluate new proposals, analyze special situations, and formalize the committee approvals. - Lead the IC new system implementation deployment and hipercare, and manage new system requirements with the support of IT and the TPI. - Provide continuous training and lead communicational tactics to guarantee the field force understanding and sense of transparency and trust about the program, the process, the policies, and the I+C platform's use. - The I+C Coordinator should implement effective communicational channels to creatively enforce the field force, engagement, and sense of competitiveness to leverage the business results. - The I +C coordinator should also effectively create and manage change management strategies to accompany new model deployment when required. **Qualifications** Qualifications**: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineer is required; a master's or additional certification is a plus. - A minimum of 3 years of job experience managing incentives and commission programs for the Pharma industry. Experience in Non-Retail segment will be highly valued. - Additional background in areas like finance and/or HR payroll processes will be valued. - The person should be organized, process-oriented, and positive when following internal policies, guidelines, and compliance procedures. - The person should have project management skills and experience - The person should be good at working under pressure and in a fast-pacing environment. - The I+C Coordinator should be an analytical person that could articulate metrics and analysis to effectively provide insights for the business.
