**Responsibilities**: - Responsible for store performance and support store owners to achieve sales target and ensure good customer experience is provided. - Ensure franchisees' compliance with all requirements stated in the franchise agreement and operations manual. - Provide training and advice regarding operational concerns such as personnel management techniques, productivity, inventory supply and control, and financial control. - Provide advice regarding individual unit advertising, point-of-purchase advertising, and customer handling. - Help store owners with all the issues involved in operating their unit. **Job Requirements**: - 2 years and above of retail operation related working experience - Sales and results driven with strong sense of responsibility - Positive communication willingness and skills - Sales, chain retail or franchise management experience is preferred - Education - High school + - Proficent in English **Salary**: Up to $5,900,000 per month
