Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketer to lead our marketing strategy. Your primary objective will be to generate 500+ qualified leads per month , scaling to thousands over time. You will use cost-effective and organic marketing strategies to attract and nurture leads, working closely with our team to convert them into loyal clients. We’re looking for a true marketing leader, who can help us identify the best pathways to growth. This is more than just a lead generation role. You should understand marketing for service-based businesses and be able to create lead nurturing campaigns, lead content direction, and understand where best to put our resources to get leads and turn them into customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Lead Generation Strategies: Create and implement innovative, low-cost marketing campaigns to consistently meet and exceed monthly lead targets. Nurture Leads Through Email Campaigns: Develop and execute email sequences to engage, educate, and convert leads, ensuring high response and conversion rates. Leverage Organic and Paid Channels: Use a mix of organic and lightly paid marketing channels, including: LinkedIn growth and outreach Cold email campaigns with high conversion optimization SEO and content marketing Community engagement in online groups/forums Partnerships and referral programs Optimize Lead Capture Funnels: Design and refine lead capture processes to maximize conversion rates. Analyze and Report Performance: Track and assess lead generation metrics, providing actionable insights to continuously improve results. Collaborate with Sales Team: Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team, maintaining high lead quality. Innovate Lead Generation Approaches: Identify and test new strategies to increase scale and efficiency. Who You Are: Experienced: Proven track record in scaling lead generation for service-based businesses. Offshore hiring experience is a plus. Resourceful: Thrive in low-budget marketing environments, leveraging organic channels, automation, and strategic partnerships to drive results. Data-Driven: Consistently track and optimize lead acquisition efforts, making informed decisions based on data. Strategic Thinker: Deep understanding of B2B lead generation where business owners and decision-makers engage online. Required Skills & Experience: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing growth role for service-based businesses; offshore hiring experience is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and community engagement. Familiar with cold email automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Woodpecker) and LinkedIn automation (e.g., Expandi, Sales Navigator). As well as website management systems. Content Skills: Strong understanding of SEO and content-driven lead generation. Communication: Highly proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging outreach messages, content, and internal collaboration. Analytical Ability: Proven ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better conversion. Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-driven. Performance-Based Compensation Structure: 2% monthly profit sharing. As the company scales, your bonus structure will directly increase. With performance-based incentives, we expect your total compensation to exceed $4,000+/mo once we hit key growth milestones.
