We serve customers from all industries and make sure that their system landscapes and cloud transformation projects run stable and successfully so that our customers can focus on their business. **THE ROLE** The Client Delivery Managers in Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) are the primary point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers. This includes our offerings RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) and Cloud Application Services (CAS). For one of our CDM teams in the Latin America region, we are looking for a manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing and further growing a team of at least 13 employees at all levels of experience, operating in a very dynamic and fast-growing business. Besides classic people management tasks, you will act as the management representative and first escalation instance for our customers and drive improvement and transformation initiatives together with the other managers in the region both within and outside ECS. **Role Requirements** - Good understanding of SAP's cloud business, especially private cloud offerings - Technical / functional SAP knowledge - Project management skills (PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus) - Pro-active, problem solving, "can-do" attitude and “customer first” mindset - Ability to switch communication styles for technical and non-technical audience with confidence - Communication with customers both at working and at C-level - Capacity management - Strong engagement management, relationship building and de-escalation skills - Negotiation, conflict management and networking skills - Accustomed to working in international and global matrix organizations - Business and results oriented, KPI driven mindset. - Excellent presentation and communication skills in Spanish and English.
