Aboutthe Role As a Senior FP&A; Analyst, you’ll operate as a keystrategic partner to the FP&A; function, driving high-impactfinancial planning and analysis initiatives. In this senior role,you will take the lead on complex financial modeling, strategicforecasting, and executive reporting—helping shape businessdecisions and enhancing resource allocation across theorganization. You'll provide critical insights into operationalperformance and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.Responsibilities - Lead and manage comprehensive financial planningand analysis, including complex revenue modeling, P&Lmanagement;, and in-depth cost optimization. - Oversee thebudgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial outlook processes,ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Prepare andpresent executive-level management reports and dashboards thatdrive strategic decision-making. - Analyze payroll, operationalbudgets, and resource allocations to identify improvementopportunities, cost savings, and growth areas. - Proactivelyidentify financial risks, opportunities, and key business drivers,providing actionable recommendations to leadership. - Collaborateclosely with business units, senior leadership, andcross-functional teams to facilitate strategic planning and driveperformance. - Champion the use of data analytics tools (Power BI,Tableau, etc.) to enhance reporting quality, efficiency, and datavisualization. - Mentor and support junior analysts while fosteringknowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Other duties asassigned. About You Qualifications & Skills - 5+ years ofprogressive experience in financial planning, financial analysis,or related FP&A; roles. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, businessadministration, or a closely related field. - Advanced financialmodeling and analytical skills; deep understanding of planning,reporting, and payroll processes. - Expert proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (especially Excel). - Extensive experience with datavisualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - ERP experience,particularly with NetSuite (strongly preferred). - Strong writtenand spoken English (B2 or above). - Proven track record ofdelivering insights and driving process improvements in complexenvironments. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively,communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, andinfluence business decisions. - Located in Bogotá, with flexibilityto attend the office as needed. - Self-starter with high attentionto detail, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for continuouslearning and mentorship.
