Your Role: Associate – Finance As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be part of the FP&A team to deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting and analysis. In this role, you'll be responsible for advancing sales reporting, forecasting (sales and OPEX), and Gross Margin analysis, while also supporting pricing projects and developing new FP&A reports Resposabilities: * Sales Reporting & Analysis: Manage daily sales reports and reconcile sales data with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) on a monthly basis. * Forecasting: Develop and maintain sales and OPEX forecast templates, updating them quarterly. * Gross Margin Analysis: Administer and analyze monthly Gross Margin reports. * Innovation Reporting: Administer and analyze innovation reports, providing insights into new product performance. * Financial Planning & Analysis Support: Generate annual G2N (Go-to-Next) templates, manage monthly OPEX and Internal Order reports, participate in developing new FP&A reports, and support pricing projects. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): * Education & Language: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; Intermediate (B2) English proficiency. * Essential Skills: Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. * Preferred Experience & Skills: Experience in consumer goods within FP&A, Commercial Controlling, or Business Controlling; Python programming knowledge. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending partly on company and individual performance).
