You are a great collaborator and communicator working closely with our design team to move fast and deliver exceptional work. **What You Do**: - Collaborate with your creative leads and project managers across different time zones. - Create dynamic and visually stunning motion graphics that align with project goals, brand guidelines, and customer needs, enhancing storytelling and visual appeal. - Execute projects with high attention to detail, on time and budget. - You're independent and you own your projects autonomously while collaborating as a solid team player. - Provide technical expertise in motion graphics, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across individual projects. - Translate static design assets into fluid animations, adding depth and energy to the visual narrative. - Develop storyboards, prototypes, and animatics to guide the production process and ensure alignment with creative direction. - Maintain adherence to motion graphics best practices and brand guidelines, keeping a consistent visual language across all deliverables. - Handle planning, to creating, editing and delivering excellent quality content pieces to blow minds. - Contribute to client relationships by delivering exceptional motion graphics work that adds value to their business. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics, continuously improving personal and team capabilities. - Ideate new ways to bring short-form videos to life within budget and timeline **What You'll Need To Succeed**: - BA or equivalent in Motion Graphics, Animation, Design, or related fields. - 3+ years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer in a top-tier creative agency, production studio, or in-house design team. - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics projects, including but not limited to advertisements, social media animations, video intros, etc. - Ability to create gripping story arcs with which consumers relate - Ability to manage fast-moving projects for multiple clients simultaneously - Advanced proficiency in motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and related software. - Excellent understanding of motion design principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling. - Ability to translate creative direction into compelling and effective motion graphics. - Commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset. - Experience working closely with Art Directors, UX/UI Leads, and creative teams. **What’s In Store For You**: - Competitive salary - 100% Remote Work Environment - Company incentives/rewards - Access to training resources (i.e. design tools and etc) - Participation in internal and external company events (i.e. culture building, workshops, etc.) - Free Lunch every Monday (a.k.a.
