Job Description: Our organization is seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our team as a Quality Control Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all company products, with a particular focus on live casino offerings. Key responsibilities include conducting live assessments of all company products, evaluating the performance of dealers and presenters, identifying and reporting discrepancies or deviations from approved quality standards, and ensuring the live studio equipment is functioning flawlessly through regular technical checks. - Product Quality Assessment: Conduct thorough reviews of all company products to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of dealers and presenters to guarantee they meet the company's quality standards. - Issue Reporting: Identify and report any discrepancies or deviations from approved quality standards to the relevant teams. - Technical Monitoring: Regularly inspect live studio equipment to ensure it functions flawlessly. Additionally, you will be required to follow and enforce all Quality Control Department policies and procedures for live casino products, continuously monitor live products to ensure quality standards are consistently met, and maintain accurate records of product assessments and quality control activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience with live casino technology and familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to live casino operations are essential. A high level of accuracy and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality, are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary. Proficient in English and Portuguese, excellent written and verbal communication, is also required.
