We are searching for the best talent for **Senior Talent Sourcing Partner - Enterprise Functions **to be in **Bogotá, Colombia **Purpose**: **You will be responsible for**: - Join the Global Talent Sourcing organization focused on successful identification, attraction, and development of active & passive talent prospects. - Demonstrate creative thinking and innovation to develop and deliver highly effective sourcing strategies and innovative digital outreach campaigns. - Be a resourceful and consultative relationship builder by partnering with Talent Acquisition team members to understand talent priorities. - Use multiple capabilities including digital talent development, innovative technology, data, research, and analytical insights to drive J&J;’s talent attraction strategy and directly build talent pipelines through J&J;’s Beamery TRM system. - Work closely with our internal Talent Insights team to enhance talent development outcomes based on external market research and data. **Qualifications**: - A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree - A minimum of 4 years of experience in talent sourcing in either a search agency or corporate recruiting role - Experience creating talent pipelines for varying functions & levels through multiple channels - Strong communication skills and ability to influence key talent acquisition partners and internal stakeholders across an organization - Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (i.e., Taleo) and search management systems - Excellent talent assessment and interviewing skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and make decisions in a business context - Experience with market intelligence tools and telling stories with market data - Advanced English Preferred: - Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and employee branding - Talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience filling senior-level positions across various global locations - Experience in Data Science
