Global Commercial Operations (GCO) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving financial decision-making by providing data-driven insights, developing forecasts, and supporting strategic planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate across teams. This is a hybrid position in Bogotá, Colombia. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Support the monthly, quarterly, annual and 5 year Strategic Plan for the GCO organization - Provide monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and cost reports, dashboard KPIs, for the GCO functions - Provide cost center budget and headcount planning, reporting and variance analysis support for Regional Deployment, the Leadership Office, Commercial Excellence and Commercial Strategy leaders - Perform and analyze financial modeling, trends and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, and cost against budget, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and/or income statements Required Knowledge and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred) - 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, etc.) and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, OneStream, or Tableau) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Fluent in English Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
