You’d be able to say goodbye to endless commutes, stuffy business attire and the arbitrary 9 - 5 work day. **Job Summary**: The** Sr. Supervisor Human Resources Generalist (LATAM) **partners and collaborates with all the HR functional areas POCs to deliver the full portfolio of services such as Total Rewards, Performance Management System, Employee Relations and Engagement, Training and Recruitment ( Technical and non-Technical). **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Will be in charge of all LATAM-related recruitment for non-technical positions while in collaborative and support function mode for technical hirings in conjunction with the Sr. Sup for Technical Recruitment. - Collaborate in crafting/amending/updating policies and procedures to ensure that they support M2s strategic goals - Provide advice and assistance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, processes, and good practice - Perform administrative tasks such as employment contracts, employment confirmations, and recruitment tasks, as needed, when needed - In conjunction with the Total Rewards Supervisor, handle the quarterly and annual performance reviews to ensure that compensation decisions and promotions are completed and vetted. - Resolve and respond to ad hoc and personal-related queries. - Participate in projects/initiatives as needed and assigned. - Collaborate with all HR peers to ensure delivery of goals and objectives. - Perform any other tasks as assigned by the line manager. **Education, Qualifications, and Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field - At least 5 years of in-depth HR experience as an HR Generalist - Technically savvy - Comfortable working in a multicultural environment - Excellent English language skills.
