Job Overview About This Role - Map and engage Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Centers with Medical and Commercial teams. - Identify technical and administrative processes for RLT implementation. - Expand Lutetium license and capacity across qualified RLT Centers. - Train medical staff and decision-makers on RLT procedures. - Prioritize accounts for Pluvicto launch based on readiness and patient potential. - Develop educational materials on RLT and technical requirements. - Oversee logistics: order management, patient scheduling, and medicine delivery coordination. - Monitor sales orders and support license development with local NCQ and CGS. - Act as primary RLT contact post-launch to ensure seamless patient treatment. Key Responsibilities - Lead cross-functional teams to introduce and operationalize groundbreaking treatment platforms. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency. - Develop strategic plans to expand Lutetium license and capacity across qualified RLT Centers. - Collaborate with Medical and Commercial teams to identify and prioritize accounts for Pluvicto launch. - Create engaging content to educate medical staff and decision-makers on RLT procedures. Requirements - Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare sectors. - Strong knowledge of Colombian healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment. - Familiarity with Nuclear Medicine and local market dynamics. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate under pressure. - Business mindset with strategic and analytical thinking. - Resilience, adaptability, and results-oriented approach. - Effective communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
