Position: Customer Success Manager/Customer Account Manager Location: Remote (Colombia) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Manage digital marketing projects and improve campaign performance. Communicate proactively with clients to ensure their success. Use data to guide marketing strategies and decisions. Provide training and support to clients. Required Skills & Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, content marketing). Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana). Data analysis skills and experience with Google Analytics and social media ads. Professional Background: 4-5 years in digital marketing, preferably in an agency. Proven track record with multiple client accounts. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Digital Marketing certification preferred.
