Position: Tech Support Expert Location: Bogotá - CONNECTA, Ac. 26 #92-32 Contract Type: Indefinite Term Responsibilities: Provide exceptional tech support via phone. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Uphold our company’s values and provide world-class service. Requirements: Language Skills: English B2. Professional degree or technologist (preferably in fields like technology, electronics or related). 1 year of work experience in mobile phone support (not necessarily in a BPO). High school graduation diploma or certificate (physical copy required). Flexibility to adapt to our schedules. A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Schedule: Training: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Operations - Flexible operational hours: Work shifts between 7:30 AM – 16:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00PM | Weekends off | 42 hours per week Benefits: Base Salary (Training & Operations): $2,332,000 COP/month.
