Sales and Reservations Executive We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Executive to join our team at Remoteco. As a global leader in luxury small ship cruises, we offer unique itineraries to wildlife- and culture-rich destinations. Key Responsibilities: - Determine client needs and suggest suitable cruise options - Provide personalized service and timely support to clients - Convert inquiries to bookings and resolve customer concerns - Reach and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies - Cross-sell or up-sell when appropriate Administrative Responsibilities: - Manage the entire booking process from lead inquiry to post-travel follow-up - Track and collect payments - Follow-up on pre-and-post travel needs and special requests - Maintain and own the direct customer database Requirements: - Undergraduate degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or relevant field - Tech savvy with ability to learn new computer systems quickly - Native English speaking or fluent in English (multilingualism is a plus) - Service oriented with highly personalized people skills - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
