You deserve to work in a place where you feel well and welcome. **We are searching the best talent for Lead Reporting & Analytics Analyst to be in Cali, Valle Del Cauca, Colombia.** **Purpose**:The Global Reporting & Analytics team within Johnson & Johnson Consumer plans, architects, carries out and validates tools and processes for the organization and its partners. This critically important team is governed by cross-organizational processes that enable an outstanding user experience while ensuring a strong dedication to reporting standards and compliance with our regulatory partners. The team is comprised of an Analyst and a Team Lead that work multi-functionally with the regional domain specialists and business partners to implement and coordinate reporting and analytics. The Reporting & Analytics Lead will coordinate and supervise the day-to-day Reporting & Analytics activities for the Global Consumer Care (GCC) organization at the Global, Regional and Market levels. This role will ensure robust designs, builds and executions using reporting visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI and Microsoft Excel. Programming languages/databases like Visual Basic and Microsoft Access will be used to build and enhance SMART forms and reports. The Lead will ensure the maintenance of reporting templates and data dictionaries to deliver efficient, accurate, consistent and controlled reports and analysis at every self-serve execution. The execution of reports & analysis will be governed by standards and processes facilitating on-time and quality completions. The Reporting & Analytics Lead will prioritize the team's day-to-day workload, distribute the work to the Team (including him/herself) and ensures the timely and quality executions. The Lead will also build and enhance workflow dashboard metrics for key performance indicators (KPI's) and resource management. In addition, the Lead will own GCC Reporting & Analytics-related procedures, incidences, investigations and corrective actions / preventative actions. The Lead will mentor junior team members. **You will be responsible for**: - Prioritize reporting & analytics workload on a day-to-day basis, ensuring requested reports and dashboards are generated timely and with quality. - Design, build and execute reports and dashboards. - Develop and own report templates and solve template issues. - Program and maintain SMART forms and reports. - Author and own procedures and work instructions governing GCC Reporting & Analytics. - Own and contribute to GCC Reporting & Analytics-related incidences, investigations and corrective actions / preventative actions. - Maintain workflow dashboard metrics, ensuring the GCC reporting & analytics group is adequately staffed. - Enforce alignment of transactional master data to promote report standardization and consistency. - Capture reporting & analytics demands from users ensuring appropriate prioritization. **Calificaciones** Qualifications and requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in business or technology required - Fluent English is mandatory - Minimum 5 - 8 years’ experience in senior roles, leading reporting & analytics developers - 5 years’ experience in Visual Basic programming - 5 years’ experience in database administration (Redshift, SQL Server and/or MySQL) - 5 years' experience in reporting visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI - Solid understanding of data management systems, contact management systems - Experience supporting contact center operations a plus - Strong customer service orientation, creative and positive problem solver - Strong analytical skills with the ability to pinpoint problems in data records based on analysis - Strong leadership skills to direct individuals in the context of project related activities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated critical thinking skil
