Job Title: Import and Export Specialist Job Description: The role of the Import and Export Specialist is to oversee the import and export operations from Asia, the US, and Mexico. This involves daily communication with booking agents and global transportation, planning shipments and confirming container loads, tracking shipments and managing import documentation through systems like SAP and SONDA, coordinating customs clearance, managing in-transit issues, land transport, and regulatory compliance in both Colombia and Peru, ensuring on-time delivery to warehouses and maintaining import records and validations. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Foreign Trade or International Logistics. - 5 years of experience in import and export logistics processes. - International agreements course. - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. - Knowledge of SAP for import work.
