Job Description: As a Sales Representative at Fulfillment Hub USA, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with e-commerce businesses looking for order fulfillment solutions. Responsibilities: - Prospecting and Lead Generation: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies in need of logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment solutions. - Reach out to potential clients through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels. - Service Presentation: - Clearly communicate Fulfillment Hub USA’s services, including storage, pick & pack, distribution, and other logistics solutions. - Customize presentations to fit the client's industry and specific needs. - Full Sales Cycle Management: - Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closing and handoff to the operations team. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial conditions with clients. - Lead and Client Follow-Up: - Keep CRM systems updated with all relevant lead and customer information. - Consistently follow up with leads until the opportunity is closed or qualified. - Relationship Building and Client Retention: - Build long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business. - Ensure excellent post-sale service in collaboration with internal teams. - Market Intelligence: - Stay informed on logistics and fulfillment industry trends, pricing, competitors, and client needs. - Identify and recommend new target markets or industries. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Coordinate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. - Participate in internal meetings to improve the customer experience and sales processes. - Sales Target Achievement: - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry. - Proven track record of success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales. - Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and goals. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking and managing leads and opportunities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience selling order fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics services. - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and industry trends. - Existing network of contacts in the e-commerce or retail industry. - Previous experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
