JOB DUCK IS HIRING VIRTUAL INTAKE SPECIALISTS Job Duck is a virtual staffing company currently hiring virtual Intake Specialists. Employees work from their homes and are matched to a single U.S.based business. Starting pay is $900 US Dollars per month. Duties include but are not limited to - Welcoming and registering new clients - Maintaining and updating detailed databases of information - Organizing schedules for meetings and appointments. - Answering clients' and customers' queries in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing. - Answering and making phone calls. Skills and traits required: - At least 9 months of experience in a related field or a related degree. - Advanced or native-level English skills (written and spoken) - Strong persuasion skills. - Excellent phone etiquette. - High efficiency and time management - Administrative skills - Attention to Detail - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy - Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed(at least 30mb/s).
