YOUR ROLE The incumbent is responsible for leading the implementation of the company's business projects. He/she is the guardian of the methodology and the company's ambassador for sound management of multidisciplinary projects. Assisted by his team of program managers, project managers and project controllers, he ensures clear program planning, aligned with LCI's strategic and tactical plans. He leads planning and prioritization exercises with the Operations Managers and Vice Presidents. He/she is responsible for the performance of the project management team (4 employees) as well as their development and commitment to their role within the company. **The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for**: - Leading and ensuring the delivery of projects under his/her responsibility in accordance with established project charters; - Carry out program planning and manage project portfolios in accordance with the company's strategic plan; - Conduct high-level preliminary estimates of financial, human and material resource requirements; - Prepare project charters; - Manage program me budgets; - Manage risks and issues and take corrective action; - Standardize and ensure continuous improvement of internal project management governance, methodology, processes and tools, including change management; - Develop and implement a talent recruitment strategy, retention plan and career paths; - Supervise the team of Program Manager Project Officers and develop their skills; - Oversee project control and execution processes based on PMP and Agile standards; - Work closely with the management team and business unit leaders to prioritize projects and manage delivery capacity. Skills and attributes of the Program Manager The Senior Project Manager must have strong practical project management experience gained through the management of large and complex projects involving various aspects of the business, including Information Technology and Real Estate. He/she should possess the following key competencies: Skills and requirements - Excellent knowledge and full command of project and program management methodology and techniques; - Knowledge and practical experience in web development projects on ECM and DXP platforms; - Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; - University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Administration; - Master's degree in Project Management (or equivalent in relevant experience and achievements); - 10 years of relevant experience in IT project management; - 3 years experience in a management role; - PMP certification; - Experience in managing multicultural teams, located on various continents; - Demonstrated ability to plan, govern and deliver projects; - Proven ability to influence positively and build credibility quickly; - Ability to operate in a constantly changing organizational context and to manage ambiguity; - Leader and mobiliser. Ability to motivate colleagues and employees to achieve their goals and surpass themselves. **Job type**: Full time **Experience**: - Project Management: 10 years (required) ; - Team Manager: 3 years (required). **Education**: - Bachelor's degree (required) **Language: English - fluent**: English - fluent.
