The Sr. Local Marketing Program (LMP) Manager leads the brand’s efforts in driving marketing performance from our Local Market Program (LMP). This role will oversee the development and execution of high-impact brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, manage LMP partnerships, optimize SEO strategies, direct mail efforts and support the overall growth of TCA. You will also manage budgets to ensure cost-effective execution while delivering measurable results with defined KPIs that elevate our brand presence and marketing performance. A strong bias for action and ability to collaborate with franchise owners, business coaches, agency partners and internal teams is critically important. Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Brand Awareness: Develop and implement innovative campaigns across multiple channels that resonate with target audiences and enhance the brand’s market position while generating quality leads for franchise owners to convert Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results with a specific focus on lead generation and ultimately new customer acquisition. Marketing Strategy : Collaborate with in-house technical experts to execute, track and refine our SEO strategy in a manner that increases organic visibility and website traffic, identify and implement keyword strategies, content optimization, and link-building opportunities to align with brand awareness goals and track SEO performance metrics. With support from Marketing VP, overhaul our Direct Mail efforts with a focus on improved marketing spend effectiveness. Test & Learn Pilots : Identify LMP opportunities, build and present business cases, and successfully roll out targeted LMP tests. Track performance and make formal recommendations for national deployment. LMP Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for Local Marketing Program activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, or channel marketing Proven success in managing partnerships and executing collaborative initiatives (brand awareness + lead generation + performance marketing) Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize strategies Experience with digital marketing, SEO and direct mail Experience with budget management and cost-effective campaign execution Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across franchise owners, agency partners & internal teams Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving We believe our greatest assets are our employees, we offer competitive salaries and a full benefits package to include, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) and more.
