The primary focus will be on crafting, implementing, and supervising high-impact marketing programs aimed at attracting new wearers and ensuring their retention in the category. The Brand Manager will implement brand strategies and contribute to defining strategic guidelines for the Colombia market. Duties and ResponsibilitiesDefine marketing programs and strategies specific to the contact lens industry to generate demand for the brand.Develop and implement local portfolio and pricing strategies tailored to industry needs.Build channel or country-specific marketing plans targeting healthcare professionals, optical retailers, and end-users.Shape and develop commercial messaging cycles and tools for sales teams, distributors, and promoters in the contact lens industry.Collaborate with professional marketing teams and support promoting contact lenses with healthcare professionals.Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align brand goals and initiatives.Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth.Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitors' activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.Create reports and dashboards to demonstrate the impact of marketing initiatives and KPIs.Experience and EducationBachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Advertising.A master's degree is a plus.SkillsProject management experience and skills.Experience managing multifunctional tasks.Ability to align marketing projects across various stakeholders.Effective interpersonal and communication skills.Experience coordinating congresses, trainings, and educational events.Knowledge of compliance with regulatory policies is a plus.Proactive, organized, resourceful, and accountable.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to work some weekends and travel (10-15%).Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Outlook.Must have an up-to-date Passport. #J-18808-Ljbffr
