Were hiring a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic thought partner and operational right-hand to the CEO. This is not a traditional EA role -- its a high-ownership position focused on translating vision into execution, leading cross-functional projects, managing communication flows, and optimizing the CEOs time and focus. Ideal for a senior operator who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and wants to make an outsized impact. Key Responsibilities:








Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, translating high-level ideas into clear, actionable projects. Lead cross-functional execution on key initiatives across sales, operations, and client fulfillment. Own the CEO's calendar, inbox, and task flow, gatekeeping and prioritizing as needed. Write professional, CEO-style communications across Slack, email, and external messages. Represent the CEO in meetings when required and ensure accountability on follow-through. Provide occasional executive support for personal logistics (travel, events, coordination). Qualifications:
5+ years supporting a founder or CEO during a high-growth phase ($1M--$5M+), ideally in a service-based business. Proven experience owning strategic projects that drove results in operations, revenue, or fulfillment. Highly proficient in Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and HubSpot CRM, quick to learn new tools. Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English; can ghostwrite in the CEOs voice. Systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs, and operates with integrity. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in high-ticket coaching, recruiting, or placement businesses. Prior exposure to early-stage startups or founder-led teams. Background in internal operations, revenue enablement, or delivery teams. Resume Submission Guidelines:
