Summary of the role: Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Account Manager, the main purpose of this role is to increase Sales team efficiency by centralizing Sales Admin and contract management activities in order to support the Sales & Account Management team AOP. Part of the contract management role is to manage the contract renewal and update process by managing the contract and customer SharePoint sites and coordinating with legal, project controlling, account management, CSMs and the client to ensure that all agreements are up to date and compliant with Amadeus standards and meet the customer timelines. As part of the Sales support role, doing reports and good usage of tools is critical for sales activities. In this role you’ll: Manage contract renewal process and agreement updates through coordination with legal, project controlling, account management, CSMs and client. Support the Account Management team with data management and integrity in SalesForce by running reports and maintaining reporting compliance. Assist in tracking leads in SalesForce and ensuring compliance with lead process. Document internal sales business processes and provide training on an as-needed basis. Provide general support to the leaders and team in terms of coordination, meetings, and travel management. Comply with sales data requests from various internal stakeholders on an as-needed basis. About the ideal candidate: Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Paralegal studies, or Systems Technology degree. At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position. Experience in Sales Support, General administrative tasks, Legal support, Customer Service, Commercial routine, and expert level in MS Office applications. Understanding of the commercial process, tools, and contract environment. The incumbent should be accountable, proactive, result-oriented, and have a spirit to work as one team with peers. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines. Good organizational skills and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff and customers. English written and verbal communication is required. Expert level in MS Office business applications.
