What you’ll do: Prepare accurate, print-ready mechanical files based on approved creative concepts. Refine layouts , typography , and imagery to meet brand guidelines and production standards . ️ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with mechanical files before handing off to vendors. Collaborate closely with designers and art directors to adapt ideas into technically correct production artwork . Perform detailed preflight checks to ensure files are complete, accurate, and production-ready. Coordinate with external print vendors to ensure file compatibility and resolve technical challenges. Maintain organized file structures and mechanical libraries for efficient project management. ️ Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and deadlines are consistently met. Stay up-to-date with new developments in print production technologies and workflows. What you bring: ️ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop . Strong understanding of print production workflows , including mechanicals and technical specifications. Ability to troubleshoot technical artwork issues and find solutions. Good knowledge of prepress processes , color management , and file preparation for various print formats. ️ Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
