Learn more about what DSO will mean for you in your new role here: YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Consolidate local (CO) and external (other countries) demands into the APO and PBC systems to ensure adequate production plan for short term period (4 months ahead). Set formulation and packaging orders for the short-term period (4 months ahead) based on Latam countries needs (19). Ensure all materials involved (1.000 materials) are properly requested and aligned to production plan and inventory goals, through opportune purchase orders to suppliers. Communicate/negotiate with all material suppliers’ quantities and dates based on production plan requirements. Guarantee information required to MPS meetings in coordination with Regional Supply Managers, Schedulers and Site Logistic Head. Deliver all information over material requirements (quantities & dates) to Procurement, Controlling, Foreign Trade, Warehouse and Distribution, Latam region, other production sites, etc; to Forecast, Budget, Negotiations, and Investment purpose. Ensure direct/effective link with Regional Supply Managers in order to accomplish any change in production or material supply that could impact short/long term production plan. Take into account (in cooperation with regulatory affairs) for the label ordering, cases of new registers or register changes that can impact on artworks (versions / drawings). Check with foreign trade department and RSM's (weekly) whether the import plan of AI’s is aligned to the formulation/filling plan. Inform updated production plan to the business to realign the respective forecast figures. Maintain MRP Master Data in SAP/R3 according ZMDT workflow tasks ensuring the quality of the data in the MRP views. WHO YOU ARE Professional on Industrial/Production Engineer or Business Administration. Experience on Production Planning, Logistic, Supply Chain preferable Agrochemical Industries. Advanced English level both written and spoken. Specific Knowledge: - SAP System/ PBC. SNP and PPDS in APO, R/3 and BW. Logistic and Supply Chain, Purchasing, Foreign Trade knowledge. Crop Science materials and processes background/experience. Advance Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Strong analytical and communication skills, creativity, and persuasiveness. Business Knowledge/understanding. Team working, efficient time handling, high follow up, flexible, confident, and honest person. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meeting deadlines.
