You will directlycontribute to transforming our international clients' businesses byrunning and activating programmatic campaigns and guiding teammembers to improve their technical goals. You will be responsiblefor implementing and managing the overall paid marketing strategy,communication, budget allocation, and ROI from different digitalchannels. You will develop specific campaigns to create andmaintain high levels of quality outcomes with a deep understandingof media analytics and reporting. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation ofstrategies through programmatic media buying anddirect-to-publisher activities, using analytical and data-drivendecisions. Lead all aspects of campaign execution, includingplanning, documentation, handling assets, and acquiring orproviding all requirements for campaign launches. Coordinate withpublishers to set up and handle deals and build a good rapport andcollaborative relationship with publishers. Proactively identifyclient growth opportunities and take actions to ensure they happen. Assist in programmatic and digital media training sessions. Youwill have the time and opportunity to grow and help others succeed. Oversee the development, rollout, and adherence to programmaticbest practices. Prepare, train, and certify yourself to evolve andcontinue your career path within PGD while working on your dailytasks. Develop, improve, and maintain relationships with clientsthrough exceptional client service. Provide clients withrecommendations and optimization strategies that are aligned withtheir objectives. Be responsible for campaign optimizations and theQA process. Qualifications Must require: Advance expertise in twoor more Programmatic DSPs Platforms such as DV360, TTD, Yahoo,Verizon, Xandr, Amazon, Teads, Amobee among others. Strongcommunication skills. Result-oriented skills. Attention to detailskills. Analytical skills. Previously trained in digital brandingor performance campaigns. In-depth knowledge of programmaticplatforms, operating as an in-agency expert while showing a goodunderstanding of the overall media landscape. Intermediate Excelknowledge. Strong teamwork and client orientation skills to helpthe team grow. Intermediate knowledge on reporting tools such as Data Studio, Supermetrics, Power Bi and Datorama. Strong knowledgemanaging Ad serving tools (GCM, Sizmek) and Verificators (IAS –MOAT –Double Verify). Good to have: Strong knowledge in one/two ofthe following fields: Media planning, Media Buying, Creativestrategy, Bidding Management Tools: Marin, Kenshoo, 4C.
