Promotes and sells Chevron's products to maximize revenues. **Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**: Capture market opportunities by creating synergies across the value chain through in-depth understanding of the distributive areas. Use advanced financial drivers and concepts to make business decisions and identify solutions. Nurture and protect enterprise relationship with retailer, marketer or commercial customer. Integrate communication techniques by adjusting facilitation style and messaging for engaging multi-level stakeholders, including higher management and owners that requires complex value offers. Manage account portfolio of customers to drive profitable growth through analysis of business planning tools. Demonstrate value orientation by collecting basic business and technical data, analyze the data, and draw a logical conclusion using quality improvement principles to solve problems. Lead development and execution of value-based selling, cross selling and upgrading to convert competitor accounts to Chevron accounts. Create a differentiated value proposition by delivering commercial insights through two-way dialogue and customizing sales messages for businesses and individuals. **Required Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical or industrial engineering, economics or business administration. - +5 years of related experience in value based selling for fuels and lubricants, key account management, negotiation, and technical support. - Advanced English level required **Preferred Qualifications**: - CLS STLE, OMA and/or NORIA certifications desirable - Demonstrated Sales experience of Fuels and Lubricants for direct and indirect customers. - Team player. Demonstrate sound judgement and strong collaborative skills to achieve a win-win situation in situations with modest complex negotiations. - Proactive problem solver who strives to collaborate, co-create and innovate win-win agreements/contracts between customers. **Relocation Options**: Relocation will not be considered. **International Considerations**: Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
