Overall Functions & Responsibilities Feed Optimization: Manage and optimize product data feeds for various paid media platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information for ads and campaigns. Regional Feed Management: Customize and manage regional product data feeds based on market-specific requirements (e.g., local language, currency, product availability) to ensure localized and relevant advertising for different regions. Data Integration: Work closely with internal teams (E-commerce, Tech, Marketing) to ensure proper integration of product feeds into advertising platforms, maintaining consistent data quality across multiple regions. Platform Management: Oversee the management and troubleshooting of product feeds for platforms such as Google Merchant Center, Facebook Catalog, Amazon, and other relevant channels, ensuring compliance with regional standards. Feed Monitoring: Monitor and analyze feed performance across regions, identify discrepancies or issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure feed efficiency and ad accuracy. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on feed performance, campaign effectiveness by region, and identify areas for optimization to improve ROAS and other key performance metrics. Regional Compliance: Ensure that product feeds comply with regional guidelines and policies for digital advertising platforms, including language, tax rates, shipping information, and other location-specific requirements. Collaboration: Collaborate with the paid media and analytics teams to develop region-specific strategies that drive performance improvements and align with business goals. Requirements Education: Engineering, Business Administration, or related careers. Experience: 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing product data feeds for digital marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.). Languages: Fluent in English (Portuguese considered a plus). Strong understanding of feed management tools and platforms (Google Merchant Center, Facebook Catalog, etc.). Technical expertise in feed formats (CSV, XML, API) and experience with feed management platforms (e.g., DataFeedWatch, ChannelAdvisor, etc.). Knowledge and experience in managing product feeds using VTEX or Hybrids. Skills Proven experience in managing and optimizing product data feeds for digital marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.), with a focus on regional market requirements. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid search, social media advertising, and e-commerce. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical feed issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in a multi-regional or international environment is a plus.
