Position Title: Senior Vue/Java Fullstack Software Engineer Location: Remote - LATAM What you will be doing: As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable services, contributing to strategic transformation and product development on a shared platform. You'll work within a team to ensure project success, maintain cross-platform compatibility, and adhere to secure coding practices. Your role involves: Leading the development of robust, scalable software solutions with HTML and CSS. Implementing secure coding standards. Using testing frameworks like Jest or Vitest to ensure application stability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. Advocating for component-driven architectures using Vue.js or other frameworks. Developing backend services with Java and optimizing server-side logic. Utilizing build tools such as Webpack to improve development efficiency. Managing code versions with Git/GitHub. Participating in Agile/SCRUM practices. Using CircleCI for continuous integration and deployment. Requirements & Qualifications: You should have: 4+ years of software engineering experience working with Product Managers and Designers. Approximately 70% frontend and 30% backend focus. Strong experience with Vue.js. BSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Java and experience with Micronaut or SpringBoot. Experience in microservices architecture and domain-driven design. Advanced skills in HTML and CSS. Strong secure coding practices and testing framework expertise. Intermediate JavaScript framework skills, including Vue and React. Experience with build tools like Webpack and version control systems like Git. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous integration tools like CircleCI. Nice to have skills: Experience with GraphQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and open-source contributions. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with adaptability for new technologies. Soft skills: Leadership and mentorship capabilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
