Your Mission – Key Responsibilities for Mid-Level DevOps Engineering Design, implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines for diverse applications. Automate infrastructure deployments using IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools. Monitor, maintain and optimise cloud resources for high availability, scalability and security. Troubleshoot and resolve development, deployment and production issues collaboratively with development and QA teams. Champion best practices: cloud architecture, containerisation, monitoring, backups, and security. Document architecture, processes and configurations in a clear and accessible way. What you need to succeed – Required Experience & Skills (DevOps, Cloud, Automation) 2+ years working in DevOps, SRE, Cloud or similar infrastructure-focused teams. Technical hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP (at least one). Proficient in writing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Experience with Docker/containerisation, microservices, and orchestration (Kubernetes a strong plus). Competence with at least one IaC tool (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible). Scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or similar. Comfortable troubleshooting Linux environments. Strong understanding of source code management tools (Git), security and DevOps culture. Intermediate written and spoken English. Nice to have – Bonus DevOps Skills Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or CloudWatch. Exposure to security automation and vulnerability management. Experience in collaborative Agile/Scrum environments.
