About the Role: We are seeking a Business Partner who actsas a strategic advisor, consultant, and liaison between theorganization and its internal or external clients, stakeholders,and managers. The role involves understanding business needs,analyzing trends, providing insights, and developing strategies tosupport business objectives. Responsibilities: - Collaborate withbusiness leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.- Serve as a consultant to management, providing HR guidance onorganizational issues. - Participate in business strategydiscussions, ensuring HR considerations are integrated. - Plan andimplement talent acquisition strategies to ensure the organizationhas the right talent. - Oversee employee lifecycle processes,including recruitment, onboarding, development, and successionplanning. - Develop retention strategies, especially inhigh-turnover environments like BPO. - Support managers inidentifying and resolving performance issues. - Design andimplement programs to enhance productivity and employee engagement.- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressingissues related to work conditions, conflicts, payroll, andgrievances. - Foster a positive work environment by addressingemployee concerns promptly and effectively. - Collaborate withLearning and Development to design and execute training programs. -Promote continuous learning and skill development to boost employeeperformance and engagement. - Manage the human side oforganizational change, including communication, training, andsupport. - Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiativeswithin the organization. - Work with leadership to cultivate aninclusive culture fostering innovation and collaboration. - Developprograms to improve employee morale, engagement, and jobsatisfaction. - Partner with teams to enhance workplace culture,ensuring a positive, productive, and inclusive environment. -Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on people managementand performance. - Support leaders in team building, talentdevelopment, and succession planning. Qualifications: - Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, orPsychology. - Bilingual or advanced proficiency in English. -Minimum of three years' experience in Human Resources within theBPO/Contact Center sector or similar high-volume environment (e.g.,9,000+ employees) as a business partner or equivalent role. -Desirable: Knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, laborrelations, work environment, turnover, and attrition. - Strongorganizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. -High tolerance for frustration. - Ability to relate to diversestakeholders and personalities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite. - Availability to work 100% on-site in Bogotá as required.Please submit your resume in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
