About the Role This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Demand Generation Manager located in Perú or Colombia. The Regional Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth in the South Latam region. The role includes analyzing market trends, create engaging content, execute events, PR, measure performance, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective marketing campaigns across various channels. The main challenge of this position is to generate such quality leads, that it will end up in a pipeline full of real business opportunities for the sales team, in a very competitive environment. As such, both teams must work together and in harmony in order to make this possible. About the Team Our team is focused on Content Marketing, positioning VTEX and its community as ecommerce experts within the industry. We also develop campaigns to drive traffic to the content, events, PR, create the website or the landing page where the content is placed and qualify the leads generated before they are delivered to our sales team, measuring the impact of every activity on the way. The marketing team is a dynamic, fresh, and full of ideas team focused on upscaling VTEX brand, attracting new clients, growing our existing customer base and building strategic relationships with our ecosystem. Who you are Proven experience in developing and implementing regional marketing strategies Experience in analyzing market trends and conducting market research Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs Fluency in Spanish and English Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field Experience in the digital commerce industry About VTEX VTEX (NYSE: VTEX), the enterprise digital commerce platform for premier brands and retailers, is the leader in accelerating commerce transformation in Latin America and now expanding globally.
