You might really grab our attention if you have: Job description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Specialist to support our Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects. This role plays a key part in coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and leveraging analytical tools such as Power BI , Power Automate , and Power Apps for reporting and automation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating project management platforms like Oracle Project , DCP , and SDC , while also managing tasks through the ServiceNow ticketing system. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Support Assist Project Managers in tracking project deliverables, timelines, and milestones. Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and related documentation. Manage and prioritize incoming tasks and requests via ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution. Facilitate communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders. Documentation & Reporting Ensure proper documentation across all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Maintain updates in tools such as Oracle Project , DCP , and SDC for accurate project tracking. Use Power BI to create dashboards and generate visual reports to provide insights into project progress and risks. ServiceNow Ticket Management Monitor, categorize, and respond to tickets within ServiceNow . Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure efficient ticket resolution. Analyze ticket trends and propose improvements to recurring issues or inefficient processes. Process & Compliance Support Ensure adherence to project management standards, procedures, and documentation compliance. Assist in audit preparation and ongoing process evaluations. Identify and suggest opportunities for process optimization and automation. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks. Support meeting scheduling, create presentations, and document meeting outcomes. Serve as a point of contact for project-related updates and communications. Qualifications & Required Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Technical Skills: Power BI – Experience building interactive dashboards and visualizing data. Power Automate – Familiarity with building automated workflows. Power Apps – Experience creating low-code apps for internal use. SQL – Ability to query data and support backend reporting needs. Python (especially with Pandas and NumPy ) – For data manipulation and analysis. R – Basic knowledge for statistical analysis and reporting. Typescript , especially for Office Scripts – Useful for automating Excel and Office tasks. Handling and transforming data using JSON formats. Project Management Tools (Nice to Have): Oracle Project, DCP, SDC, and ServiceNow. Project Methodologies: Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
