We sell 22,000 tons of avocados each year. Your Role: Business Development: Sell avocados and limes to USA wholesalers and supermarkets through phone, email, and WhatsApp. We sell a minimum of two pallets to a truckload (20 pallets) to each customer weekly. Customer Engagement: Negotiate with your customers to get their business every week. Collaborate and Support: Work closely with our sales team (3 in Mexico and 2 in the USA). Market Education: Update crop data and market information to keep our customers informed – market prices change every day! What We’re Looking For: Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English. Good aptitude for understanding TECHNICAL details of growing and selling avocados. Produce Sales Experience: Proven experience in fresh produce sales is preferred. Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and telephone skills. Outgoing Personality: Friendly and engaging, with a knack for building trust. Organized and Persuasive: Good with numbers, quick to learn, and takes initiative. Ready to Join Us?
