Our more tenured teammates, some of whom have been with Evalueserve since it started more than 20 years ago, have enjoyed leadership opportunities in different regions of the world across our seven business lines. **What you will be doing at Evalueserve** - Work for the Business intelligence department for one of largest energy-focused direct sellers in America - Ensure the successful completion of BI infrastructure projects on-time, and error-free. - Communicate directly with senior stakeholders on projects and show innovation and problem-solving skills in all elements of work. - Create end-to-end BI solutions for key stakeholders. - Translate business needs into technical specifications. - Analyze data to discover trends and patterns. - Ensure accuracy throughout the ETL processes. - Use data visualization techniques to present information. - Test, implement and document BI processes. **What we're looking for** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English. - Excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions. - 5 years+ with data manipulation. - 2 years+ working in data manipulation with Python. - 5 years + working with tools such as SQL, SAS, Snowflake is desired. - Strong experience in Tableau and/or Power BI is required. - Able to troubleshoot/debug data querying codes. - Able to understand industry and business logic. - Preferably with advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
