Senior Business & Change Manager: CRA| S4 | Financial Crime CoE | National Milton Keynes, United Kingdom **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING** **Join our community.** Reporting directly to the Head of Change you’ll work alongside colleagues and teams across Santander UK (Chief Operating Office (COO), Business and Technology) and will be responsible for a portfolio of Financial Crime projects, ensuring these initiatives are efficiently managed and delivered. You’ll be responsible for delivering a project and change management capability as part of the wider change function in the FC CoE. You will lead, direct and support a team of internal business, change and technology resources, and third-party suppliers to ensure the successful delivery and evolution of the Bank’s chosen strategic platforms. **The difference you’ll make.** - Leading the delivery of a portfolio of transformational change for, into and on behalf of FC Change. - Creating and implementing a strategic roadmap that will increase risk mitigation in financial crime prevention capabilities, e.g. Customer Due Diligence and Risk Assessment Screening, Monitoring, Transaction Screening/Monitoring. - Designing, establishing, and maintaining individual project’s governance arrangements in line with bank change management methodology. - Leading, managing and develop a team of project and change managers. - Actively managing risks and issues arising within the change portfolio and escalating as required. - Monitoring and periodically reporting on the progress of the programme/project to relevant FCC governance **What you’ll bring.** - Extensive experience of delivering financial crime operating and technology solutions in a banking environment - Previous programme/project management and solution delivery skills using Waterfall/Agile **It would also be nice for you to have.** - Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally - Previous experience leading programme/multiple project teams - Excellent influencing skills and ability to build commitment to defined strategies and approaches - Proven Change Management experience **What else you need to know.** Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
