This role is responsible for the execution of cycle count reconciliation for the US and plays a crucial role in ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency to achieve Inventory, Scrap, Obsolescence and Gains and Losses (SOGL) goals. This position requires strong collaboration with field-based employees (Sales Reps, Clinical Specialists, District Managers), Field Inventory Analysts and Field Inventory PSO. This position will be a remote position. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**: - Daily engagement with multiple internal and external business partners to reconcile cycle counts - Consistently contributes to core team workloads ensuring team service levels are met - Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory counts and SAP system records, ensuring alignment - Execute and report on field cycle counts with actionable recommendations for resolution - Monitor system performance to ensure accurate processing, escalate and resolve issues - Identify root causes of inventory variances and implements corrective actions - Update and maintain accurate inventory records in SAP, reflecting accurate inventory levels - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, order management, and FI PSO, to streamline operations - Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency - Prepare detailed reports on cycle count progress, discrepancies, and corrective actions, ensuring transparency and accountability **Required Knowledge and Experience**: - High school diploma - One year of experience of proven customer service, inventory management, or technical product support - Fluent in English level - MS Office knowledge - SAP experience and Demonstrated analytics experience (Excel, Power BI) is advantageous **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. **Benefits & Compensation**: **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
