We are looking for someone who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve internal issues. In addition, we need someone who can collaborate with teams to actively advocate for fixes and improvements to make user experience more successful. What You'll Do: - Provide problem solving & support - Lead daily onsite and remote IT support for employees, ensuring timely issue resolution. - Serve as lead SaaS platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Zscaler, Kandji & Intune - Troubleshoot Hardware/Software issues and manage inventory & asset tracking. - Handle Windows and MaxOS virtualization - Identify recurring user issues and document solutions. - Collaboration & Communication - Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders, maintaining a customer-first mindset. - Deliver premium support for senior leadership and critical meetings. - Mentor and coach team members on technical challenges. - Innovation & Efficiency - Experience with automation tools. - Proactively identify opportunities to enrich team and user productivity. - Develop knowledge based articles and promote best practices. - Assist with assigned IT Projects. - Lifecycle Management - Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding efforts. - Infrastructure & Maintenance - Manage video conferencing systems, live events, zoom rooms, printers, and digital signage in corporate environments. - Project & Time management - Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong prioritization skills with attention to detail and accuracy. About You: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Strong problem solving and decision-making ability - Familiarity with the payment industry, including best practices, solutions, and technologies - Experience creating and forming relationships with customers - 6+ years experience Mac and PC support - 4+ years of experience with SSO(Okta), MDM(Kandji/Intune) and google workspace - 3+ Years managing user/rolebased access in SaaS environments - Hands on experience with Zoom (including Zoom Phone/Contact Center) - Fluent in Spanish; Fluent in English - You are based in either Bogota or Medellin with the ability to work in an office 3x/week - You are able to travel to either Bogota or Medellin as needed Why 8am At 8am, our culture is shaped by the people who bring it to life every day.
