Your effort and expertise are crucial to the success and execution of this impactful mission that is critical in ensuring mission success through Security Engineering, Vulnerability Testing, Penetration Testing, Risk Management and Assessment, Insider Threat Analysis, and IT Policies and Procedures by improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's Security. Job Responsibilities: Provide a process that integrates risk management activities into the system life cycle process. Perform organizational and management tasks supporting the government cyber mission efforts. Manage information security, systems, and enclave risk across the organization. Manage risks, risk mitigation plans, and strategies, ensuring deadlines and progress across Technical Task Orders and leadership, delivering within budget, efficiently, and on time. Required Capabilities for Level 3 Risk Management Framework Coordinator: Coordinate TTO tasks with customer organizations to implement RMF services. Communicate with clients about expectations and goals. Collaborate with government project managers, leadership, business financial managers, COs, CORs, mission teams, and agency leadership on risks. Identify and mitigate risks to organizations, programs, and systems. Coordinate risk mitigation plans and progress across teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Organize transition efforts with industry, leadership, project managers, and mission leaders. Qualifications: 8 years of experience in Risk Management, Process Improvement, or Project Management. 1 year experience with COTS risk management tools (e.g., Active Risk Manager (ARM)), statistics, data analysis, and automated data management in a classified environment. Experience with Agile Scrum methodology. 3 years of direct experience with intelligence community or signals intelligence activities (desired). Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Management, or related field; or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Certifications Required: DoD 8570 compliance with IAM II. Security Clearance: Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph required. Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000 Note: The RealmOne pay range is a guideline and not a guarantee. Compensation considers role responsibilities, candidate background, and competencies.
