Regional Marketing Manager **REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER** - ** Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job**: **DRIVE the business and financial performance** of the Brand and **achieve the region/cluster budget** (sales, margin, contribution), by supporting a clear / fact based definition of marketing strategy and priorities to develop the business in each geography in line with the Global Marketing recommendations and ensuring the execution of the plan paying particular attention to the impact on the business, patient care and public health. Particular to Point of Care (POC), the objective is to deeply understand the market conditions for inpatient/outpatient molecular diagnostics. This includes regulatory framework and market access opportunities to develop a specific business plan that fits country needs **2. Main Accountabilities**: - ** Lead creation of marketing plan and Communication plan** based on solid Market and account based analysis to define priorities (Strategic axes and key actions) to develop the business - involving all key functions - Lead the **development of the BUDGET process** - linked to the Marketing** **plan & Market analysis** -** defining the total potential of growth and the rationale for N+1 and 3 years Strategic Plan proposals - ** Support the EXECUTION to transform strategy into business impact**. Ensuring all conditions are met - strategy / Account Management / training and business enables - with our internal and external partners - especially the commercial team - to deliver the value proposition to the priority customer segments and associated key stakeholders. - Ensure we have the right pricing policy, business model, access plan and set of proofs to optimally **extract the value of our solution**: - Drive a bioMérieux solution approach to ensure Cross selling across the different business line leveraging SEPSIS, AMR/AMS - Ensure that market trends, competitors activities and regulatory changes are monitored and communicated to management and, when appropriate, to Global Functions.. Act as the major liaison agent between marketing (global and local) & the field organization for the Product Range. - ** Closely work with medical affairs to generate evidence** to support our **value proposition**: - **Contribute to new product launch **ensuring right Market Analysis and segmentation piloting the Go to Market and Go out of Market process **2 **Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications**: **Studies-Experience**: - Graduate degree in Science and/or in Business/Marketing with 10 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales. Experience in laboratory or hospital environment will be preferred - Skills and Qualifications: - Analytical & synthetic mindset - Team spirit and customer oriented - Ability to work in a matrix environment with cross cultural flexibility ; - Problem solving and teamwork abilities. - Very good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with & influence people without formal authority, downward & upward communication - Creative & out of the box thinker - Having holistic view of business & it’s end to end execution - Big picture understanding and ability to coordinate with attention to details - Demonstrated track record of delivering business result impact - Take initiatives and demonstrate can-do attitude taking complete ownership of given topic - Able to handle priorities and deliver commitments on time (result and progress oriented), - Experience in Health Care business, preferably within Broad and in depth knowledge of bioMerieux product portfolio: Microbiology, Immuno Assay and BIOFIRE **Language: Spanish= Fluente / Inglês = Advanced** **The position could be based in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Brazil
