You bring the energy—we’ll give you the leads, the tools, and the mission and manage the full admissions process, from cold calls to signed contracts, to meet monthly enrollment goals. Start date: August 3, 2025 Schedule: Full-time · Flexible hours Work mode: Remote Compensation: $14,000–$18,000 USD annually + uncapped commission Contract type: Independent contractor (Freelance) Essential requirements: 3–5 years of experience in phone sales, inside sales, or admissions Proven ability to hit or exceed quotas in a fast-paced sales environment Confident making cold and warm calls daily Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Excellent communication and follow-up skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage digital documents and CRM data Resilient in the face of rejection, with a goal-driven mindset
