We are looking for an innovative yet extremely organized Project Manager to join our team! If you know how to plan and organize projects, assign tasks, follow up and take a project to the finish line, we want to speak with you!! Our Project Manager will be responsible for three key functions: 1. Internal Project Management. Managing the execution of the project for each client (mission partner) through internal management of the IS team, and, where necessary, managing the projects of partner teams (external project management) 2. External Partner Communication. Arranging and attending all partner meetings (normally led by Solutionist), sending agenda and objectives of meeting in advance, taking detailed notes, and insuring action items are generated and communicated both to the partner and internally 3. Strategy Execution. Executing on specific aspects of the playbook, working closely with service teams to agree upon deliverables and key deadlines, and assigning service directors tasks related to moving the playbook forward.
