Titleand Summary Associate Managing Consultant, Advisors &Consulting; Services, Marketing Services within Mastercard isresponsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers bymanaging fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving thedigital payments experience. We provide value-added services andleverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. OurAdvisors & Consulting Services team combines traditionalmanagement consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets,proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients withpowerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams workwith a diverse global customer base across industries, from bankingand payments to retail and restaurants. The Advisors &Consulting; Services group has five specializations: Strategy &Transformation;, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation,Marketing, and Program Management. Our Marketing consultants leadthe strategy development and implementation of campaigns andengagements for clients. They use customer data to provide deepdirect marketing expertise across channels, evaluating campaignresults and adapting the approach to optimize marketingperformance. Roles and Responsibilities Client Impact - Managedeliverable development and multiple workstreams on projects acrossa range of industries and problem statements. - Contribute to thedevelopment of marketing strategies and campaigns for largeregional and global clients by working with technology and data. -Manage working relationships with client managers, and act as atrusted and reliable partner. Team Collaboration & Culture -Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective clientpresentations. - Plan, organize, and structure own work and that ofjunior project delivery consultants to generate marketingstrategies and insights, and prepare presentations. - Lead team andexternal meetings, and lead or co-lead project management. -Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Productand Business Development to build the firm's intellectual capitaland solution development. - Grow from coaching to enable ownershipof day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentorjunior consultants. Qualifications Basic qualifications -Undergraduate degree with work experience in marketing and campaignprojects focused on one or more of the following fields: marketingcontent, digital and social media campaigns, digital customerexperience, digital marketing, end-to-end product launch, ad-techand mar-tech ecosystems, offline marketing activities/campaigns,media management and planning, direct response marketing. -Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative teamenvironment with third parties. - Experience managing clients orinternal stakeholders, and vendors. - Advanced Word, Excel, andPowerPoint skills. - Ability to perform multiple tasks withmultiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. -Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local officelanguage (if applicable). - Eligibility to work in the countrywhere you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas asrequired by travel needs. Preferred qualifications - Additionalmarketing experience in one or more of the following fields:marketing and campaign experience from agency environment, searchengine optimization and search engine marketing, video making(e.g., scripting, storyboard, and content), marketing content,usability labs and experience research, print productionmanagement. - Global supply chain management (GSM), includingsourcing new suppliers and assessing third party productionvendors. - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,Power BI). - Experience developing and implementing solutions andmeasuring impact on clients' business. - Experience managing tasksor workstreams in a collaborative team environment with thirdparties. - Experience coaching junior delivery consultants. -Relevant industry expertise and/or experience in product, sales, ormarketing technology. - MBA or master’s degree with specializationin marketing or digital (not required).
