Employee Contract Type: Asignación Internacional - Plazo Determinado (duración determinada) **Job Description**: - Manage project activities and budget: Assist the CoP in project management, monitoring, preparation and timely reporting including financial and forecast reports, progress reports in relation to the annual work plan; changes to the work plan/schedule and/or contract modifications; among others. Manage the project budget within approved levels. Ensure that project expenditures are consistent with approved budgets, project requirements and that project operations comply with local accounting, labor and tax laws. - Contribute technical and operational experience and know-how to the strategic management of the project. Manage the project activities, according to the results and goals established in the project framework, the work schedules, and the required adjustments according to the context. Supervise procurement processes. - Collaboration with associations and organizations and capacity building: works in close collaboration with the project's partner organizations, national, departmental and municipal authorities, collectives and organizations representing victims and other civil society organizations, leading the development of a public agenda aimed at reconciliation and pacification of the territories through the restoration of victims' rights and actions to prevent the repetition of victimizing events, both collective and individual. - Internal cohesion and effectiveness: Provide the necessary support to ensure that all technical and project staff operate within approved budgets and in accordance with USAID and WV standards, policies, procedures and guidelines. Promote staff integration and a good working environment, generating and articulating the necessary actions to strengthen technical capacities to achieve the results set forth in the proposal. - Liaison: support the CoP in establishing successful external relations. Coordinate with the government, partner organizations and victims' networks, the realization of a public agenda for the implementation of measures to restore the rights of victims, with a territorial approach, promoting reconciliation relations at the local level, for which, it will link or generate the promotion of spaces for meetings and dialogue of truth, among others. Support the CoP in the management and effective coordination dialogue between all project partners, focusing on the achievement of project objectives. - Ensure that all processes are fair and transparent, reviewing financial compliance and directly overseeing their implementation. - Other duties inherent to the position. **Education**: Professional in Sociology, Anthropology, Social Sciences, Politics, Social Work, Education, Law, Economics. MG. in social sciences, Public Policies and other sciences related to the social field. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledgeable about peace agreements, Law 1448 of 2011, restitution mechanisms and restoration of rights. Knowledge and experience in territorial, differential, gender and conflict resolution approaches. Experience and knowledge in managing USAID programs. Knowledge of USAID rules and regulations. Leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Management of multidisciplinary groups. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Total oral and written fluency in English and Spanish.
