What You Will Do: - Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings. - Obtain accurate information related to the profile and requirements of open positions. - Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify suitable candidates. - Present candidates to clients and leads. - Work with Operations and Client Services to identify farming opportunities across accounts. - Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.
