In this role, you will: - Attract and negotiate with new potential clients. - Grow your book of business by creating strategies to maintain and increase customer engagement. - Maintain up-to-date CRM system records to facilitate easy access and analysis of information. - Create new business opportunities and build your marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and attraction. **Requirements**: - Education: A High School Diploma is required. Studies in International Business, Business Administration, foreign trade, Logistics, or related fields are desirable but not mandatory. - Experience: Minimum one year of sales experience prospecting new business, re-activating accounts, or creating strategies to grow new businesses. - English level: Strong proficiency in English (B2+ or higher) is essential for effective communication. Perks and Benefits: - Work mode: Fully remote. - Contract: Full-time contract. - Paid training. - Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break (following the U.S. calendar). Compensation: $3.531.000 + 4% commission over gross profit with no cap.
