You will start your journey by attending the Academy Program, a comprehensive 6-week training course that begins in September 2024. The program will be held during regular office hours in a hybrid format, combining in-person sessions at our Bogotá office with online learning. This is a paid program. During this program, you will: learn Salesforce CRM: gain a deep understanding of its functionality and architecture; master various programming languages to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns. You will have 6 weeks to familiarize yourself with the Salesforce platform. After that, you will have the opportunity to start working on client projects alongside our Growth Tech in the Salesforce team. For whom is this program? Degree in engineering or mathematics 1+ years of programming experience: JavaScript, Apex, HTML, CSS, jQuery Experience in front-end or back-end development Familiarity with Databases and SQL Digital marketing or CRM experience is a plus Self-motivated with strong collaboration and teamwork abilities Passion for technology with a proactive approach to learning and innovation Fluent in English and Spanish
